Digital Byte 20: Here, Money Does Grow on Trees

July 4th, 2023

In the corner of my office, amidst the flurry of paperwork and the hum of productivity, sits a modest money plant. Now, I've never been much of a green thumb, but this little plant has woven its way into the narrative of my business journey. Let me tell you why.

When I first brought the money plant into my workspace, it was simply meant to add a touch of nature to an environment I spend most of my day. But over time, it transformed into a physical representation of the time and effort I poured into my business.

I soon discovered that caring for the money plant was more than just a mundane task. It became a ritual, an opportunity for reflection and contemplation. As I water the plant, I found myself thinking about the growth and expansion of my business.

Sometimes, when deadlines loomed and stress threatened to overwhelm me, I would steal a moment away from the chaos to water the plant. It became a source of inspiration, reminding me that just like this little plant, my business could weather storms and flourish if I nurtured it with care and persistence. It became a living testament to the power of intention and the impact of consistent effort.

So, as I look at the money plant today, I can't help but feel a sense of pride. It may be a simple object, but it carries with it a profound significance. It serves as a reminder that behind every successful business lies unwavering commitment and dedication. And with each passing day, as I tend to the money plant and witness its growth, I am reminded of the power that lies in investing time, love and thought into something meaningful.

Stay inspired,

Sydney Addis
