The vision behind pivota.

Sydney Addis saw the gap traditional marketing left in real estate and built Pivota to close it.

Real estate isn't like other industries. It runs on relationships, referrals, and trust built over years, not a well-timed post. Most marketing companies weren't built for that. They can manage a calendar or run an ad, but they don't understand what it actually takes to earn someone's business in this world.

With real estate in her blood and more than a decade of marketing experience, Sydney founded Pivota to be something different: a partner who understands that in this industry, impact matters more than impressions.
