When you look at our branding colors how does it make you feel?

After spending the summer in Sicily, I wanted it to reflect the feelings I felt that summer.

Research shows that gift-giving is an important part of our society with it being one of the five love languages, it is a powerful tool to build or cement relationships, help others or just show you care.

Listening in is important. As a leader, as a team member, as a company. It can be to your audience, your social following, the people you work with, or the people you live with.

As someone who runs a fully-remote marketing agency, my daily life can feel like it’s all over the place. While I am not someone who likes to have to same work day-to-day, sometimes I feel like I’m lacking a proper routine. I am always trying to get into the flow of a schedule that is completely up to me, but one big thing I’ve been neglecting is taking time out of my day to eat.

Leadership means creating an environment where those around you feel inspired to thrive, where they feel their voices are heard, where they feel they have the tools they need to reach their highest potential. It is not a role where you dictate over your team giving order by order. That is management and it does not make for an effective team.

Being an entrepreneur often leaves me prioritizing work over my personal life because there is always so much to do all the time. I love what I do which makes it hard to put time into other aspects of my life but I think the thing that is most often neglected is our time put into self-love.
